1. Will I benefit from attending this conference even though I am in my pre-clinical years?

Answer. Yes, the MedCon’24 conference is beneficial for all medical students, regardless of your current semester. Attending MedCon’24 will boost your CV, your professional development goals, enhance your knowledge and skills and provide significant exposure!

2. If I buy the ticket now, will there be a refund policy or can I give my ticket to someone else later, if I am unable to attend because of exams?

Answer. Unfortunately, we have a no refund and no ticket transfer policy.
3. How to make international payment/Unable to make payment from outside Georgia?
​
Answer. You can make payment from an international bank account using SWIFT Wire transfer or WISE and the details of the same are provided on the registration form.
4. Can a friend make payment on my behalf?
​
Answer. Yes, please ask your friend to add your name in the description. This will help us to confirm your payment and update you in future.
5. What is the benefit of CPD?
​
Answer. CPD points are used by professional bodies to track your commitment toward continuous learning. CPD certificates are recognised globally and enhance professional credibility.
6. Do I have to buy tickets if I participate in poster or oral presentation?
​
Answer. Yes, you need a ticket to participate in the oral or poster presentations and present your abstract.
7. I am on vacation and still in medical school, can I buy the online ticket?
​
Answer. Online tickets are for alumni & international attendees who cannot fly to Georgia. If you will be in Georgia, we recommend an offline ticket for amazing exclusive workshops, networking opportunities, and the Closing Ceremony Gala.
8. When is the deadline to submit our abstract?

Answer. 20th September 2024
9. What does the Gala Closing Ceremony include?
​
Answer. The gala on Day 2 will feature dinner, interactive games or activities, awards, and the closing ceremony. Renowned doctors, key note speakers, and our MedCon team will be present, offering the attendees with excellent networking opportunities.
